Honestly, you can't go wrong with any of the ramen and sushi options here.
I've tried other places that specialize in making ramen. Sadly none of them really impressed me and would usually opt out for pho instead. But here, they got ramen RIGHT.
Hear me out, the black sesame squid ink ramen?? FIRE. The soup got that addictive nutty taste to it - this is my favorite ramen.
For seafood bowls, raw seafood and rice ratio is fair. Nice thick cuts of fish. Reasonable to the price.“

“We are regulars at Tokyo. This restaurant has been in Factoria for many years and it is always great. The service is great. The sushi is fresh and delicious. We also order a variety of hot doors such as bento boxes, uson, and various rice bowls. I think their chicken karage is also exceptional. We do both dine in and takeout and it is always great!“

The place inside is very clean and neat, the price is here were amazing, service was good, everything that we ordered was delicious, my favorite was the seared salmon Nigiri with miso mayo. Overall, I highly recommend and I would come back.“

“Tried the bento box here and it came with a great variety of food like deep-fried appetizers, miso soup, salad, bulgogi, rice, and a few sushi options. “Came here for my birthday and had such an amazing experience! Everything was perfect. Jace gave us an amazing table and took such great care of us throughout the entire experience. He really made sure we were taken care of and made my birthday feel extra special!
We did the hibachi course, and it was so much fun! The food was delicious, and the fire show were definitely the highlight of the night. Such a fun and memorable experience. I’ll 100% be coming back again!“

“The food is delicious, the prices are super reasonable, the ordering is efficient (via QR code at your table), and the food came out very quickly. Bonus is that they have carafes of hot tea on the tables already. This is my new favorite place in Factoria.“
