“Good, above-average teriyaki spot. The only thing it’s missing I think is stir-fried vegtables. The steamed veggies are an upgrade from the standard salad side but stir-fried veggies included with the chicken teriyaki would elevate the dish to by far the best in the area and would make Teriyaki Bowl a regular spot for me and the family!“

Honestly, you can't go wrong with any of the ramen and sushi options here.

I've tried other places that specialize in making ramen. Sadly none of them really impressed me and would usually opt out for pho instead. But here, they got ramen RIGHT.

Hear me out, the black sesame squid ink ramen?? FIRE. The soup got that addictive nutty taste to it - this is my favorite ramen.

For seafood bowls, raw seafood and rice ratio is fair. Nice thick cuts of fish. Reasonable to the price.“

“After hearing about Wataru from a friend, I was very eager to try it, and then my wife surprised me with a dinner here with my son for Father's Day.

From start to finish, the food, service, and hospitality were all incredible. Every course was delicious, and even as we started to get full we found ourselves pushing through to try the next amazing item.

We will absolutely be back to this gem of a restaurant!“

“Toudai Sushi & Fusion is an incredible restaurant with some of the best sushi I’ve ever had! The owners are extremely kind and friendly, and the customer service is exceptional. The sushi portions are very generous, and the flavor is perfect!

Next time, I’d like to try the bento box as that seemed very popular while I was eating. Not a very long wait, very efficient on getting folks orders out.

“My family has been coming here for years and it’s the best sushi we have ever had. It’s a hidden gem for sure!

Our go-to order is the yummy yummy roll which is a lightly fried tuna roll served with eel sauce and ahi tuna chunks. Hands down the best. You can’t go wrong with anything on their menu.

The house salad is so refreshing and light, and the dressing is to die for!

The agadashi tofu in the appetizer menu is also a must.

And every order comes with a complementary miso soup which is soooooo good.

The only thing that I can add is that the Google hours don’t completely match their restaurant hours, so don’t come right at opening (give it another hour or so from the listed 12:00PM)“

“Sushi Spott in the H-Mart food court is one of my favorite local sushi secrets! The menu is insane, there’s so many options and everything I have ordered (across years of patronage) is so good. The best part is the price. Three giant rolls for like $35? That’s unheard of. The staff is so nice! The food court atmosphere is chill but it is a food court and I refuse to rate them lower for atmosphere because there’s nothing they can do about it. Five stars!“

“What an amazing place! The sushi is top notch and I know my sushi. They have mackerel and uni and the most delicious tuna toro I’ve ever had and at $3.95 what a steal. All plates of sushi are the same price too and less than $4 for 2 huge and delicious scallop nigiri and I’m in heaven.“

“Note: We attempted to talk with the managers/staff before posting this, but we were told the fish was supposed to be this way. I didn’t think to take photos because we assumed after talking with the staff the issue would be fixed so we brought them the leftovers. We have been eating sushi for several decades and have never had fish that smelled and or looked like this. Normally we eat here in restaurant, but this last week we ordered and picked up. The tuna handrolls looked like it had been in a meat grinder and tasted bitter. The sashimi special we normally order had all kinds of connective tissue and fat clumps we had to try to tear off the meat because we could not chew through it. Instead of being soft the hamachi (yellowtail tuna) was hard chewy. I eventually spit it out in to my napkin. We gave up when it came to the salmon portion because it didn’t smell right.“

My chicken Katsu was crispy and cooked perfectly, and included a fresh salad and a cup of miso soup, which was very tasty. We tried the potato-ball/squid dish (I can't recall the name) and it was VERY good!!! Great on a cold evening to warm you up. Prices seemed fair and our waitress was very helpful and friendly. “My favorite spot when I come up to the Lynnwood AMC! Server was nice and attentive and I appreciated that I could order online or through the server. Food came out super quick today, a Sunday at ~1:30pm, and came with complimentary miso soup, tea, and ice water!

The nigiri+assorted sushi was $13.50 which was an amazing deal and filling! Last time I was here I got the salmon roll and salmon onigiri which were fantastic as well. This time I also got the teriyaki chicken skewer to try but it’s a skip for me… if you like chicken definitely try it though!“
