We had an amazing anniversary dinner here. Their omakase chef choice is spectacular. Everything is on point. I'm in love with their chu-toro and spot prawn with uni. Chef kissed ?
Most amazing omakase in Seattle with Chef Suzuki and his team! Lovely 20 course meal with options to extend. You won’t leave hungry or unsatisfied. There is limited seating and reservations are made through Tock.I loved everything but my favorite was the flounder with a shush leaf, pickled prawn sauce and a little yellow wasabi. A wonderful omakase experience. First and foremost, the food was excellent! But everything else was amazing too. The staff, the ambiance, the sake - all great. Our evening was reminiscent of some of our favorite meals in small restaurants in Japan.
