“This restaurant is amazing and exactly what Mercer Island needed. We sat at the bar and had exceptional service by our bartender Natalie. We tried and shared several dishes, and all of them were excellent! So flavorful and unique. We started with their orange tofu, which is a take on orange chicken. Absolutely delicious! Even non-tofu fans would love this dish. My dining partner enjoyed the spam Musubi Which was his favorite and he would definitely order this again! I had the seared Ahi tuna, which was done rare to perfect perfection we shared a Korean Banchan salad, which was very flavorful and complex with a great crunch. we finished with the Indonesian style fried rice entrée, and loved the depth of flavor. To top it off, they have incredible and unique cocktails. The owner is very hands-on and came to greet everyone at the restaurant. Such a nice personal touch.Really can’t recommend this place enough and already looking forward to my next visit.“

“This has been somewhere I've been looking to try for a while, especially the Loco Moco Scotch Egg, which is what I ordered
The dish is an fascinating combination of a couple different things - Loco Moco, which is a hamburger patty with egg and white rice, and a Scotch Egg, which
is a boiled egg wrapped in ground beef, that's then deep fried.
This leans more onto the Scotch Egg part of things, as it's a fried & breaded ground beef ball with a soft-boiled egg in the middle, but the Loco Moco part of it is that it comes over rice and with gravy, and also mac salad
For me, the concept of this dish ended up being more interesting than the actual result
There were certainly some highlights. The egg was perfectly soft-boiled with a slightly runny yolk inside, the ground beef tasted quite good, and the mac salad was especially excellent - it had a certain spice to it that was delightful
The gravy was fine, but nothing special
The main issue was with the breading of the beef. It was really soggy, to the point that it just didn't taste like anything except like a covering that was wet from the gravy. There wasn't the slightest hint of crunch, or anything more than a damp blanket over the beef. Since the breading comprised a large portion of the volume of the meal, since there wasn't much to like about it, this lowered the overall experience
Also, the rice was on the drier side. This got better after mixing with gravy, but it was not great at the start
We also got the fried cauliflower as an appetizer - and this was decent - the upper parts were a bit lacking in sauce, but the light breading worked wel here
The price was on the expensive side, as it was $40 per person. The portions are decent, but not overwhelming. I think there are cheaper spots all along Chinatown that work better if you're looking for value
Overall, it's an interesting concept, but there are some issues here that prevent it from being a spot I really enjoyed. 7/10“

“Very nice atmosphere at this location which is nestled inside of the 'Starbucks Reserve Roastery' building, solid bakery goods are offered here at semi-reasonable prices, and the place has an upper class environment and decor.
Staff can be very busy sometimes as the place is often very crowded with tourists and commutera alike, as this is a Flagship starbucks location with a little bakery/cafe nestled inside.
Prices are semi-reasonable although not the best for consistent visits. Altogether I would say this is a place to stop to treat yourself, but not an everyday place.
Coffee is available through starbucks at the other side of their shared building.
Vegetarian options: They have vegan and vegetarian options, although not a large number of them.
Parking: The location is difficult to find parking at due to proximity to a large amount of other high traffic businesses on the southwestern side of Capitol Hill, but it's rather accessible via public transit and by foot.
Kid-friendliness: I would refrain from taking small children here, and would try not to take anyone who isn't 16+ as the environment is difficult due to how busy it tends to be.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accesibility is solidly available at this location. They have wheelchair accessible doors and transit between upper and lower floors.“

“Great place to get bar bites. I love the atmosphere of this restaurant. We got the pork belly and a flatbread, which was perfect for two people. The star of the show was a pork belly, amazing flavors, and the pork belly was cooked perfectly as well. The flatbread was pretty good too. Overall, I highly recommend and would come back.“

“The friendly staff made the meal very enjoyable. We had baby back ribs, wagyu beef, cuddly kale, beef tartare and a bottle of soju. The beef tartare was flavored with sesame oil and tasted very Korean influenced. The duck fried rice was also great! Overall lovely and delicious! The only downside is that you need to walk through the hotel lobby and upstairs to get to the restrooms.“

“Great drinks and atmosphere, but food needs work
Bellevue Brewing Company has a fantastic ambience — spacious, lively, and perfect for hanging out with friends. The drink selection is excellent, with well-crafted beers and plenty of variety. Unfortunately, the food is below average compared to the quality of the drinks. Still worth visiting for the vibe and brews!“

“They have a nice outdoor patio to enjoy some local beer. The inside is nice as well. The bartenders were personable and patient as I picked out a flight. They have a few of their own beers on tap as well as others from the Washington/Oregon area. We did not order food, but it was available.“

“The staff were amazing. So friendly and attentive. They made the time to chat with us and make us feel at home. They answered all of our menu questions with precision.
The food. I had the steak my wife had the tortellini. I asked for rare to blue and I got what I asked for. The outer crust of the steak was perfectly charred while the inside remained cool and springing the peppercorn sauce added a new depth of flavor and spices to the already perfectly seasoned steak. Every bite melted perfectly in my mouth creating a wonderful eating experience. The fries were a perfect gold hue with a fluffy inside and a crispy outside. No mushyness at all. The tortellini sauce was rich and flavorful with a generous helping of beef and cheese inside every bite I can not say enough good things for this restaurant. To be able to enjoy good simple food was a welcomed treat after dealing with the overly complicated dishes of other places near by. This is dining done right.“
