I've been going here for more than 20 years, haven't eaten here since 2019. Let me tell you since the last time I was in here something has changed I don't know if it's new ownership or whatever but the food ain't up to the standard that it used to be. Also. I grabbed a couple drinks but the man working the registers on the phone and didn't seem to acknowledge me standing there with the drinks and my credit card so I went sat down at the table and waited, when I sat down my son immediately started to try to open his bottle of soda but it appeared that he was going to need a bottle opener so I told him it was probably one on the counter, by the time he got to the counter the man was off the phone and as I turned around and grab my soda in my card and he was already holding a receipt to my son's face saying you didn't pay for that.. very rude Behavior I don't know maybe the people there have forgotten how to treat their customers or become jaded because of the area they live in but I feel it was extremely rude behavior. I paid for my soda but did not pay for myself instead put my back. On another note the one soda was over $3 and that was just a bottle of soda.

I ordered pickup today and everything I got was great portion sizes, delicious and well packed and presented. The container of chicken fried rice was a HUGE portion and really good with lots of chicken. The beef ramen was really good with plenty of beef and noodles. The service was friendly and the man who handed off my food made sure that the bag was tight secure and even happily gave me another bag when I requested it. Great service. Big portions. Well worth the money and time.

My first time visiting this particular teriyaki place, I didn’t have to wait long before my food was ready. But on the other hand once I got home to eat I realized that my brown rice was very gummy like it wasn’t cooked all the way like some teriyaki places.
Other than that, my food was very hot and the honey garlic chicken was really good!!

This place is a SCAM! I placed an order through DoorDash and AFTER my order was placed they charged me an extra $19 because the DoorDash menu price was less than the restaurant menu price. When I called the restaurant to inquire about why I was charged $19. They told me I was “only charged an extra $7 for the sauce request and their system wouldn’t let them cancel the sauce. I then called DoorDash who told me about the menu price. You don’t charge a customer extra without FIRST telling them BEFORE they place their order so they can then make an informed decision about whether to still purchase. The DISHONESTY is why I will never patronize this business ever again.

I don’t usually write reviews, but what happened to me at Teriyaki 15 truly left me feeling disrespected and hurt.
I went in to get food for my family of 3. I ordered a chicken teriyaki with extra chicken, expecting a small upcharge. Instead, I was charged $27—for just one plate. Confused, I calmly said, “I think I was overcharged.” Nothing more. I wasn’t angry, I wasn’t rude—I just wanted to understand.
She misunderstood my order as being for just one plate, and when I tried to explain that I was expecting more food, she immediately got defensive. I stayed calm and respectful, but she kept cutting me off and treating me like I was causing a problem.
Then my wife came in, thinking maybe a fresh voice could help clear things up. She explained everything calmly and respectfully, just like I did. But the woman behind the counter was rude to her too—cold, dismissive, and unwilling to listen.
We walked out of there with one plate of food for three people, a $27 charge we didn’t understand, and a heavy feeling in our hearts. Not because of the money—but because of how we were treated.
All we wanted was dinner for our family. Instead, we got disrespect, confusion, and a painful reminder of how some businesses treat people like problems instead of customers.
Teriyaki 15, do better. Treat people with kindness. Listen. Respect goes further than food ever could.

As a long time customer, I was disappointed when placing an order this evening, requesting no rice, but double salad. I was told there is a difference between rice and salad; therefore an up charge would be applied for the small, iceberg lettuce normally served with each meal. I refused. I order often and have never been charged an additional fee, but management has identified another way to make $. There are several teriyaki restaurants in close proximity that serve the same dish and as of tonight 2/15… I will NEVER step foot in this establishment. I release my little $ are a drop in the bucket, but it makes me feel great to leave this review, with the option of spending my $ elsewhere where greed is not at the root for cheap iceberg lettuce with no , tomatoes, nothing no additional garnish but lettuce. Long customer of 10 years + lost.

This place is amazing, theyre incredibly generous with their portion happy and proudly. Theyre so lovely and warm and welcoming encouraging you to join them again soon, i was going to order chinese food intil I remembered my experience here and checked door dash and they have it, i order three times as much food for under $60 feeding five people plus delivery through door dash for less then the over 100$ it would’ve costed me to get not even close to all i wanted for selections tonight at a Chinese t and i didnt have to choose family all get there favs of tge best of both worlds! For a fraction of the price. In this economy god bless you at happy at the bay! The community thanks u for providing affordable luxury fixings for the whole family to enjoy w out crushing our budget

Ordered dine in expecting to take some togo home. Ate it all ;-; needed to make another order. Make sure you order another one to take home. Had the spicy chicken, def more sweet than spicy but good non the less. The salad dressing is a must for the teriyaki not just for the salad, order extra white sauce if your ordering online.

I can't say enough great things about this teriyaki spot! The food is absolutely delicious, and the portions are generous, try their House special fried rice!! The chicken teriyaki is grilled to perfection—juicy and flavorful with just the right amount of sauce. I also tried their Mongolian beef, and it was equally impressive. The sides, like the fresh salad and rice, complement the main dishes perfectly.
Not only is the food top-notch, but the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They make sure everything is prepared quickly, even during busy hours, and the service is always with a smile.
If you're looking for a place with authentic teriyaki and fantastic service, this is it! Definitely a hidden gem for teriyaki lovers
