My chicken sandwich yes the very chicken sandwich that people were fighting each other over a few years back was rock hard in places, making it difficult to even bite into. The french fries were also ice cold and not crisp. I reached out to Popeyes customer service team and they refunded the cost of the chicken sandwich.

Took our order and let us know it would be a short wait to make sure it was hot and fresh. Very personable. All crew interactions were really friendly and Jaylen made sure we were taken care of.

Today I was warmly greeted by Adeline when I walked into the restaurant. She kindly took my order. Everything was correct. I asked for half spicy half non-spicy. I was provided 2 separate boxes and they were labeled spicy and mild. Food was hot and fresh. Drinks were crisp and cold. Adeline was so kind and helpful. She just seemed so happy to be there.
