The worst service every single time. Always out of things, always gets orders wrong, literally had to come in 3 times for them to get my order correct and overpriced, spent like $100 for 3 combos THEY FORGOT. Just insane. Don’t even bother with the Kent location either.
Visited this location last night around 10PM and had a nightmare of an experience. Pulled up to 5 cars already in line (at one point the line was 8-9). While ordering the employee had terrible customer service. I also work in the service industry so I try to be considerate of call outs/ low staffing for negative experiences like this- but we counted at least 5 different people. The restaurant is spotless, and the staff greets customers with a friendly attitude. They are focused on quality and let customers know if it will take a few minutes for fresh fries. The fries come out hot and crispy, and the red beans and rice are absolutely perfect, flavorful, and comforting. However, there may be longer wait times for chicken, with some customers waiting up to an hour for their orders.
