“It’s our first time today. We got lucky coz every time we’ll go there the wait is always long. We had a good experience, the receptionist is very nice and very helpful too bad we forgot to ask her name. Our server is very good and welcoming too. And the food didn’t disappoint us. So happy coz this restaurant is just a walking distance from our place. We will definitely go back and recommend this place to our friends.“

The food? Consistently fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Whether you’re in the mood for a burrito, tacos, or a bowl, everything is made to order and packed with great ingredients. The portions are generous, and the quality never disappoints.
It’s a great spot for a quick lunch or a casual dinner. Clean space, good vibes, and some of the best fast-casual Mexican food in the area. Highly recommend if you’re in Bellevue and craving something delicious with great service to match!“

“So I've seen mixed reviews about Taco Del Mar. it's not a franchise like Chipotle and the first store opened in Washington. They do have a few locations in nearby states but I still consider it a WA local taco place. Sure it's not the best like stuff you'd get from Texas or SoCal but if you have a craving for Mexican and don't want to go to a franchise like Chipotle, then this is your spot.
I think the mixed reviews are due to the varying items they offer. I used to go to Taco Del Mar a lot as a kid - even before Chipotle was a thing. I think they shine with their burritos, fish taco, rice and beans, and taco salad. Anything else I really don't think it's worth trying. While the burrito and fish taco are on the expensive side, the taco salad is a great deal. I door dashed a taco salad for $13 and the portion size was great. They even make their own taco shell. It was a little on the cold side and they forgot my side of white fish sauce (my favorite) but remembered to put my sour cream and salsa on the side. I definitely prefer taco Del Mar over chipotle. Give the taco salad a try (not the burrito bowls). I feel like those aren't filling enough but for $13 total the taco salad is a great bang for your buck.
Also I hope this can be added but on door dash there's no option to add the white fish sauce.“

“Mobile Mayan was so good. Quesabirria Tacos were fresh and delicious, but the fish tacos were the promises of legends fulfilled. Crispy, spicy, tangy, refreshing all at once. I know I will be dreaming and salivating over these for a long time.“

“Maya's catered our wedding and they were SPECTACULAR. Went above and beyond to give our 100 guests a really great dinner. We ordered a variety of tacos and fajitas, and they had the thought to include cheese enchiladas for any vegetarians. We had compliments from everyone about how good the food was! We have friends from up in Shoreline that have driven down to the Rainier Ave location to get dinner since the wedding!The setup was all very nice, and the staff set up the cutest tortilla chip basket waterfall, helped serve dinner, and even helped clean up and pack up the leftovers for us.They were easy to work with, priced fairly, and the food and service was excellent. Highly recommended!!“

“I ordered a tomato basil tortilla burrito with fish, cabbage, black beans, salsa, white sauce and onions — so good. Super fresh, perfectly made, and the service was genuinely 5-star. I grabbed mine to go, and they had it ready quickly and exactly how I ordered.
The only reason I'm not giving the full 5 stars is the parking situation. First Avenue parking (near Pike Place Market) will test your patience and your parallel-parking confidence.
But the food and service? Absolutely worth it.“

“I am a nursing student here for the national convention and decided to stop in at Tacos Del Mar one day for lunch. I was pleasantly surprised by the super friendly staff and delicious food. The prices were also extremely reasonable considering the location.“

“My kids were super agitated after picking me up to them on the airport and they were really hungry. We got off the exit and arrived at taco Del Mar and the service was fantastic and my kids were over the moon and nice again lol. Great experience. Thank you, thank you thank you“
