“Ordered online via the app, food wasn't ready so it could sit and get cold while they cook more or I could leave with a different item. In the sake of time and not wanting my food to get cold I took the different item.
At least they gave me an option and I could get back to work faster.“
“Let me preface by saying I eat fast food A LOT. So I’ve seen may fare share of terrible fast food service. This was the fastest drive-thru I’ve ever experienced. The food was also surprisingly better quality than other Wendy’s I’ve been to. Whatever the workers are doing at this location is clearly working. Well done!“
