“I had gone to Wendy's earlier and got a biggie bag deal. I did a mobile order. I got the fries, Jr. Bacon cheeseburger, spicy nuggets, and a drink for my daughter. I got home and realized I was missing the fries and nuggets! So I called and spoke to Richard and he told me to pull through. He was so sweet instead of my four nuggets and small fries. He upgraded to a 10 piece and large fries. Even though I didn't expect it, it was a very nice gesture! I'm currently pregnant and I am so glad he gave me the extra nuggets because I ate 4 nuggets before realizing it! I am glad I have some more for home! Hahah. Customer service was awesome. I will be back! Thank you Richard for making the experience 10/10!“

“I ordered 7 biggie meals and none of them came with the nuggets. I had to drive back and get them. While they gave me replacements without hassle there wasn't much of an apology or anything. I am not coming in like a karen demanding something, but a little empathy and maybe a free desert for my trouble would of been nice. In their defense they were super busy.“

“Food here is always decent and worth the money in comparison to competition by far. The flavor is spot on with fresh and deliciously paired ingredients. The over all value or bang for your buck ranks highest in fast-food and the new frosty selections are exactly what the menu needed to get customers reeled in the new caramel vanilla swirl is my only addiction ATM and Im headed out the door to get it as we speak! I'd u haven't tried the new frosty's your absolutely recommend them you won't be disappointed and there's plenty of choices guaranteed something for everybody! But cant end without mentioning that the junior bafom cheeseburger is the ol go to and hasn't lost its position as winner for me its very inexpensive and is the best fast food burger in all areas of review. They should totally bring back those ghost pepper cheese sauce fries through because they were amazing and had.the right price tag!!“
