This is 2 bacon asiago ranch sandwiches and a Big classic single. They didn't even tell us they ran out of lettuce which comes on all 3 sandwiches. Thats a disrespectful attempt at bacon on the asiago chicken sandwiches. Burgers are just buried in mayo messy disgusting. The only thing decent was the fries and drinks. Whats worse is we were made to wait over 10 minutes for this mess. What an absolute joke I would have demanded a refund had I known the quality in the bags.
Aolani (not sure if I spelled her name correctly) she has great customer service compared to All the workers I’ve interacted with when going to this location. Her coworkers need to take note from her. Only 5 star service because of Aolani everyone else 3 stars if that.
I love this place they have there occasional screw ups butt that's mostly if there super busy but I haven't had any really bad problems with them and I love there food also a good place to go for a quick bit too eat
