I went to go talk to the General Manager for a transfer at this Wendy’s but the way she talked to me was so rude while she was interviewing me and towards the end she got up and acted like she trying to fix the tables started walking away and I wasn’t even finished talking and she just left me there sitting there, she even said something about that she has to many Latinos working, which I don’t understand why she brought that up cause I’m Latino too and she’s a Latina herself.

I hate to be that person cuz I understand often fast food places are understaffed and underpaid, but lord this is the absolute slowest fast food place I have ever experienced. It's consistently slow. Everytime I get wendys my first thought is "do I want to wait in the line?". Corporate pls hire more ppl for this location or work on retaining and improving current workers. Impossible to get my order wrong cuz it takes 40 minutes to get it.

Trying to door dash and lobby is closed and drive thru is out the parking lot. Called and asked if they could bring the order to the door and was hung up on. Wow never coming here or getting deliveries from here so don't go here for your DoorDash orders!!!!

The lobby is randomly closed during the daytime, I live right next door and have had to walk back home after placing an order via app to then drive back with my car. What a waste of my time and resources.If you're short staffed, ask yourself why no one wants to work for you.Food qualities varies wildly with time of day/week/month, the likely high turnover rate doesn't help with keeping a trained staff Id imagine.

There is always a long line when I go there. Still my favorite out of any of the big chain burger joints. If you go on to order or to eat stay away from the back of the parking lot. You will get blocked in if they become just slightly busy at the drive thru.

Do not order delivery. My friends and I have had multiple issues with items missing via ordering with Door dash and their app. And they customer service cannot be reached during normal store hours so it is very difficult to get resolved.

With how long I waited in line all I can say is the working conditions for the employees cannot be good. Staff this place, pay these PEOPLE more, lord knows this business makes enough. Being stuck/held against your will in a line for 30+ minutes is a huge safety concern for a multitude of reasons. The upper management, the owner of this business should feel ashamed.

It's expensive. The fries aren't always good, but they have that classic BBQ sauce. The burgers are good, I'm not a meet guy, but my friends say wendies have their favorite. The regular burgers are refreshing.
so I ordered a Baconator meal, large size. bill came to $14 and change. paid at the drive thru window and was tossed my order, got my card back and no Receipt. when i got back to work and opened the bag they gave me the wrong order, in the bag was a BLT sandwich and small fry, they did At least get my drink order correct.so with no receipt i have no way to prove they gave me the wrong order.Service was very lacking, food was good though even though it wasn't what i ordered
