Efficient service & amazing sandwiches. Dylan there has helped me out several times and always has an upbeat & friendly attitude, which is quite contagious. Far and away the best customer service I’ve seen at a sandwich shop.
Sarah and Ali (unsure of spelling) were working alone and did an awesome job of handling a rush and soda machine issues! They kept customers aware of the wait and did their best to work quickly, correctly and smoothly together to get orders done. Outstanding job!
Fast friendly service, and great sandwiches! The parking lot here isn't as crazy (yet) as the other JM's in the Tri-Cities, and because this location is so close to my office, it's my go-to location.
