Friendly and attentive staff, lots of games and tables and viewing options to choose from. Very fun place, the carne asada fries were way too good. “Applebees is mine and my family’s favorite place to go to lunch, we don’t do dinner often. We did go during a the busy part of the evening which was fine. But we had a server that literally messed every single thing up. Didn’t get us our drinks, forgot to put our order in, kept making excuses for these things without us even saying anything. The other server in the area (Kayla) was nice enough to listen to us and help us out. The two managers, Josh and Keith made sure to chat with us and make things right. Adjusted the bill, gave us a discount on our next visit, and even gave us dessert. We understand things happen, people have bad days, and sometimes it’s just straight up busy chaos. But thank you so much for making it right and taking care of us. This is why we continue to come back.“

“Came in last night to escape the heat after a Dust Devils game and I have to say I am glad We did !!!!! Great service from Michelle , Brittany, and Kayce ! We were very well taken care of and hardly had to wait between the 3 of them covering a very busy evening you would have thought we had the place to ourselves…. Justin cooked us up some of the best Food I have had at a Duggout location hands down curds were amazing !!!! Great staff all the way around great establishment environment and service 10 out of 10 would recommend and will be back soon !!!!“

“I held my birthday at the Jackalope, they were very accommodating for how many people came and took care of all of us. There were lots of options for people to do such as pool, Cornhole, Connect 4 etc. They have great seating outside if you want to be in the sun. The food and drinks were very good, and I’m so glad they had mocktail options! I would love to have my birthday here again!“

With that said this applebees is one of the best we have gone to the staff is always very nice and fast bringing out the food

I would recommend this location over the kennewick location even tho the kennewick location has good service they take longer with the food and have had some inaccurate orders

Managers are always helpful as well even when not needed they are seen walking around talking to customers“

“Have been coming here for over 15 years. Love their bacon burger and it did not disappoint. Would have given them 5 stars except fries with the burger is now $4 additional. We were charged ,25 cents for each fry sauce and/or Catsup. Then the bill included $1.80 surcharge for credit card. Apparently they have a tiny sign at the bar that tells you of such charge. Unfortunately you almost need to walk over to sit on the right side of the bar to see it.“
