Cozy Kup is my go-to coffee spot in Tri-Cities when I need to get computer work done outside the house. It's a cute coffeeshop. Not very small, quite a bit of seating. I don't think I have ever had a frappuccino that was blended so smoothly. Not a single ice chunk 10/10. Definitely going to going back.

Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I *always* seem to be swatting flies away when I'm here. I'm guessing they get in through the drive-up window, but sometimes there's actually several flies and it can be really annoying.
