“This place is so amazing! My wife and I love to come here for lunch and dinner dates. It’s probably our favorite place in the Tri cities to eat. Hands down the best Greek/Mediterranean food we’ve ever had.
We’ve been eating here for a couple of years and it is CONSISTENTLY delicious. The building is clean, the staff is ALWAYS friendly and the portions are more than enough.

“It’s the best Chinese restaurant in Tri-city! My kids love the “Baozi” steam buns, that’s their favorite to go finger food!! Great service and super kind and friendly people. You have to try it if you love Chinese food. Great for whole family dinner or lunch.“

“ordered an $8 breakfast sandwich and a nonfat mocha. the coffee was good, (although it has whipped cream on it and I would have preferred none) but the sandwich was bad, it was burnt and hard and didn't have cheese on it like it says in the menu. I was on a long drive and could not turn back to complain after I had already left the restaurant. this was my second bad encounter, at the other location I ordered an orange pound cake that was so dry my toddler who loves sweets didn't even like it.“

I have lived in Richland for 10 years now and was happy to find Mod Pizza several years ago.
I am a bit of a pizza snob and have been a fan of Roundtable pizza for my entire life. However, lately they have priced themselves out of the market.
I was super happy to find such a gem of a restaurant with friendly people, amazing ingredients, and a really fair price.
Since then MOD has become my go-to pizza place.
Anyway, I m used to long lead times and so on Halloween I ordered a couple of pizzas early to pick up around 4:00 PM to avoid the rush and prior to the trick or treaters showing up.
I was surprised to see that the place was not as busy as expected and my order was ready ahead of time.
The folks working were so polite and welcoming as usual and I hope this restaurant stays around for a long time.
I have a few things I like to hope are around the places I move to and MOD is definitely one of those!“

“We catered a small gathering in the bar area. From beginning to end, this group was top-notch. We made our arrangements, had a menu and a price estimate created within 3 hours of our meeting. I had had challenges with another business. During the event, the service was just right, not hovering, but certainly everyone's needs were met, and then some. The food was tasty, innovative and met everyone's dietary needs as well. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We will, of course be back for dinner soon. Truly a 5 star experience.“

“This was my first visit. The menu was limited at the front, but after choosing an entrée, you could customize your sides in a Mod Pizza-style fashion. Options included refried and black beans, rice, salsa, cream cheese, and more. I had the Raspberry Chipotle Chicken Nachos, which were truly delicious. My only gripe is that they could have included more chicken. The prices are fair, and the restaurant has a unique bubble and water logo. The atmosphere is very modern, and they move you through the line quickly.“
