“We had an outstanding lunch experience today at The Brick! The menu is great, the food was excellent but most of all the service was absolutely awesome. They were not understaffed as so many restaurants are now, our waitress was very engaging & and multiple staff members checked in on us. Thank you Brick Saloon, you took such good care of us!“

“Food was incredible. I live in Bellevue where there’s a lot of competition in the restaurant industry and this place pretty much beats all of them and it’s in little cle elum! Recommend anyone to try. Only thing I will mention is if you say you’re open and have a # linked to your Google please pick it up during open hours or make sure the hours are accurate :) tried to call to pick up some food on the way thru town and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. But, if you dont do pick up that is okay! Keep up the amazing work! Excited to come again.“
