What a bummer. For years, SeaTac had only production coffee, but then they got Caffe Vita at the C gates. Great coffee, and true cappuccinos. For a decade +/- I got coffee here in my routine flights, and always used my own cup, which is a must is I'm getting coffee away from home. This year, they moved to the N gates and, now, won't let me use my own cup. This is yet another example of SeaTac's culture of waste, despite green washing via recycling. No more Caffe...
Got drip coffee here. A medium roast. Wasn't great. Was overextracted, too hot, and served in a cup that didn't get a good seal with the lid, so it leaked. Dumped it out and found better coffee elsewhere.
It was so nice to get a regular meal to offset the hectic stress of traveling. The waitress was the only one there at the time and let me know ahead of time that it might take a little bit longer, but honestly it didn't take any longer than anywhere else I've been. She was gracious and kind and efficient and happy. The food was a good portion and I certainly admire the combination of flavors in the salad. Other customers food looked great too including sandwiches chicken...
