If you have a layover in SeaTac stay away from the Capital Hill Food Hall. The worst of airport food resides in this location. Very disorganized to begin with. One lady running from booth to booth yelling out food orders for pick up. $19 $ for a flat bread pizza. Outrageous! Ordered a turkey florentine sandwich. Got some egg and bacon sandwich. Completely cold. Also had some clam chowder, or should I say watered down clam chowder. Had some cheese fries with nacho cheese sauce. Again, the worst airport food ever. Diner beware.

Yikes! Don’t get the burger. Just don’t. It does not resemble any form of an American burger that I’ve ever encountered. Wow! It was bad.….I just wrote the review above about 15 minutes ago. For the last 15 minutes I have been stewing about how bad the Berger was. It’s bad enough that I had to come back and write how angry I am. That’s how bad it was! I’m very angry that they would even consider this a burger. it offends my sensibilities!

Burger was not good. Missed one of my extra charge items on my order, they did give it to me once I asked but wasn’t aware it was customers responsibility to look for these items when ordered.

The coffee ordering side was pleasant but wasn't told to bring an order ticket to the food area. Once that was sorted, it was another 15 minutes to get a breakfast sausage sandwich and they missed the breakfast part... No egg. Poor woman making food had two workers with her just staring at her and rolling their eyes as she struggled to make orders.

I came late morning when the airport was not busy and the restaurants within Food Hall were well staffed and clearly not overworked. I ordered a burger from True Burger. The people staffing the grill were standing there doing next to nothing and what they served ended up being an extremely soggy burger, where the bread was as mushy as mashed potatoes, and the patty was under seasoned and undercooked, and the whole thing was made with so little love or attention or professionalism one has to question Why are they bothering serving anything at all when I can walk over to the next chain fast food restaurant and get far superior items. Let the owners of the brand beware that your brand is being diluted to nothing here. This place has lost my business and my family‘s business for at least a year or two or until I’m desperate and there’s nothing left to eat, but even then.Other stands within the food hall offer better quality and service, but it’s not possible to rate them separately, so it’s too bad they are being lumped together with this one.

We were limited on options waiting for our flight. We needed coffee and food. It's a nice food court, but the prices and wait times need improvement. There were plenty of tables available when we went in the morning.

I'm waiting for the fright at Seattle International Airport which I have a hour before a board so I when to get a bowl of clam chowder and bowl of chili then pay with my credit card to the machine which is $31.33 and ask if I want to leave a tip, I was kind of scratch my head. There's no person took my order and nobody serving me. Everything is run by the key computer and who I leave the tips to but still like kind enough to leave a two dollars I never did tickers look on my receipt until I get up to the plane and I saw they charge me $200 tips instead of two dollars and when I fly back to Hawaii and I called him merchant and leave her answer machine and nobody calling me back or respond I tried to dispute the charge from my credit card company and take them a month to investigate and send me a letter say that it lacks all of the evidence because I lost my receipt when I came back to Hawaii so I cannot dispute the $200 tip which I take a big loss just to let everybody know be aware of the food court in Seattle international airport. They are not the honest people I am in a hotel restaurant business in Hawaii when the customer intend the tip over the normally tipping And the computer we pop out issue this is over tipping amount Are you sure you want the processing before they will accept very disappointed how they run the system just to let everybody know don't be a nice guy if you put five dollar tip it might end up with $500 cost you.

Really should have read the reviews. Terrible food, indifferent service, outrageously priced.

I just ordered an American decaf coffee here with a little milk. They charged 69cents for the splash of milk and the coffee tasted more on the burnt/darker roast side. Wasn't a very good cup. The place looks nice though and they have several dining options like pizza, bagels, soups and more.

True Burger - sure it is a burger.About the size of a McDonalds quarter pounder. But don’t add cheese - they just dribble a liquid nacho cheese type fluid on it, no Tillamook Cheddar used here. Also had the chili cheese fries - the fries are actually good and hot. The chili - is not chili. More like a meat sauce. And again, with the liquid cheese, no grated cheddar to be seen.Like others have posted, just go down a few gates in either direction for better food options.Nice table area though…

Get rid of the self-ordering registers or redesign the layout. Either first I run into the menu of all vendors and then purchase or second the vendors take payment directly at their counter.

If you're not needing to eat it's a good place to wait on a flight. The quality of food is not worth the price that you pay. All of it taste like it's been sitting there for at least 24 hrs. Really disappointing for Seattle.

Visited Capitol Hill Food Hall and was impressed with the diverse food options. The service was prompt, and the ambiance had a vibrant energy. From flavorful bites to a variety of cuisines, the food selection catered to different tastes. A great spot for a casual meal with friends or family.

I love the cute little ambiance of this area - it does feel just like cap hill. I just wish the food was represented better for Seattle!

Faster service than Starbucks and the coffee was hands down better.
