We stayed at the Westin several years ago and have been back many times since to visit Tim in the bar and get an amazing drink. He is one of the coolest bartenders we’ve ever met, and you can see his passion with every drink that he makes. The first drink he ever made me was an Old Fashioned and it was delicious. Now I ask him to make me something new and exciting or a classic drink he enjoys making. Then we watch him perfect his art while making our drinks. He is top notch....
I travel to Seattle a few times a year for work. Our team tends to gravitate towards the Westin bar due to the warm atmosphere, comfortable and plentiful seating, and outstanding service. It's the thing I look forward to every day after we wrap. On this last trip of mine, thanks to Clarence and Timothy, I had the best Aviation ever! I drank nothing else for the rest of the trip. Really nice bar: Great food and drinks, and the service was perfect. The place has plenty of tables and a cozy lounge area, and the bar is really cool. The food is delicious with generous portions and a wide selection of drinks.
