Beautiful space. We dropped in on their soft opening and staff was great. Had a couple decent chocolate martinis.
But, take down the posters and the cheesy Bud Light banners. The space is way too nice looking to be spoiled by that!

1928 Tap and Grill is a Bar/Restaurant connected to the executive hotel. The selection of drinks is excellent and the staff is super friendly. The food is great and decently priced, with a diverse and eclectic menu. The French fries were the crispiest in a while, with a tender middle. Portion sizes exceeded expectations. It has a bit of a dive bar vibe, but it turns out to be nicer than first expected. Service is the best part. The restaurant is big but obviously understaffed, yet the staff remained friendly and professional while bartending and serving alone. Late night food is available, and even at 11:30 pm they still made the food, which was a pretty good late night eat. Ordering is done digitally. Cayman was excellent, incredibly familiar with the menu, and keen to recommend useful suggestions. Food came out quickly. Great place to stop by for breakfast or lunch. A fun dive bar atmosphere. Definitely recommend this spot to anyone in the area.
