We sat at the bar to grab quick bites and a few drinks before a movie at Cinerama. Food and drinks were pretty quick and priced at what you’d expect for being in the Amazon Balls (although the entrance is not in the Amazon Balls). Minus a star because the vibe of the bar felt messy and didn’t match the rest of the restaurant’s dark/moody atmosphere.
This place was seriously impressive! Every dish had so much flavor and felt carefully put together. The combinations were creative, with unexpected ingredients that somehow worked perfectly together. Each bite brought something new and exciting, making the whole meal feel special from start to finish. It’s the kind of restaurant you want to tell your friends about because the food is memorable, unique, and full of personality. I’d definitely come back again.
We ate at 2120 about a week ago for the first time. We made a reservation but did not need one (we tend to eat earlier in the evening). Every aspect of the meal met and/or exceeded our expectations. From the perfectly made old-fashioned, to the crispy skin on the salmon, and the wonderfully balanced flavors of each dish. Additionally, our server James was very attentive and ensured we were taken care of the entire meal - would love to visit again and sit at one of his tables!...
