I stopped by earlier today and honestly, I was just expecting to grab a slice of pie and head out. But Lacey at the front counter totally made my day.

She was super patient while I hemmed and hawed over which flavor to get, and she gave me a killer recommendation (the Strawberry Rhubarb did not disappoint).

The slices of pie were $9 each and between the key lime and coconut cream the flavor was not really there for me. Coconut cream was pretty flavorless and the crust was under baked/stale. Key lime pie crust was virtually non existent. Inside felt dark and the ambience was lacking.

The best crème brûlée cheesecake I've ever had (and first time for this combination too)!
Cheesecake itself is also delicious as well, but the top part (caramelized crème brûlée) is the HIGHLIGHT of everything!! Can't wait to try other pies here because they look all so good!! The staff is nice to explain how their bakers bake everything in west Seattle store in 2am everyday and transport them to this store in Ballard. Will definitely come back in the...
