Ricotta cheese with berries topped on a thin, slightly crispy waffle and a cute little strawberry iced matcha. The waffle was AMAZING with the ricotta. Super cute ambience and friendly staff. Coming back for sure.
Absolutely delicious spot for brunch. Normally I am a sweet waffle person but I keep coming back for their savory waffles they are just too good!! The fried chicken and the brisket are both amazing on their own (flavorful and juicy) but paired with the waffles and aiolis they are incredible.
Went here on a web recommendation of great breakfast places in Seattle, SO glad I did!! Got the eggs Benedict (only avail on Sundays) with the brisket. The meat was a tiny bit spicy, but not too much for my weak heat palette. The eggs were perfectly cooked to ooze over the crisy waffle and brisket. YUM! And what a beautiful design on my hot chocolate. Staff was so friendly and attentive!
