Easily the best Ethiopian in the Seattle area. It’s not close. The vegetables are seasoned and crisp or tender as they should be. The lentils are soft but not mushy. First time having Ethiopian food. And it was a great experience thanks to the staff here and the food quality was phenomenal. Would love to try again. Had the ahadu combo which comes with 3-4 meat dishes and 2-3 different vegetarian options on their special soft bread. Loved every bite
