Beautiful fabrics from japan including vintage silks, some repurposed into bags by the owner. He's knowledgeable and patient. If you're into sewing, this can be a hidden gem. There are also pacific northwest items, sort of as an add-on onto the focus on japanese fabrics.
What an incredible shop and gallery with truly unique items. The owner is such a delight, and the history of the business. The items for display and sale are a wonderful reminder of how shopping used to be an interesting an educational experience.
Went to this art gallery for a local show and really enjoyed it. Cool mix of modern and classic work. The space is laid out nice and easy to walk through. Staff was friendly but let you do your thing. Prices on art were pretty reasonable too which surprised me. Ended up buying a small piece I loved. Can’t wait to come back for the next show.
