Anthony's Pier 66 & Bell Street Diner offers a superb ambiance by the water. The halibut and calamari are delicious, and the shrimp dishes are a hit. The menu features favorites like calamari, clams in a broth of clam nectar, olive oil, garlic, and butter, and the Dungeness crab and corn chowder. Customers praise the outstanding food, with dishes such as salmon, crab cakes, filet mignon, ribeye, and fettuccini all described as magnificent in presentation and taste. The seafood is often highlighted as some of the best experienced in Seattle.
The restaurant remains a favorite for visitors and locals alike, maintaining its reputation for good food and a great atmosphere. The views of the marina and harbor add to the overall experience. Service is generally very good, with staff described as friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. Many reviews recommend Anthony's Pier 66 as the go-to seafood place when in Seattle, especially for special occasions or when looking for a nice dinner on the Puget Sound. Outdoor dining is particularly appreciated during the summer months.
While the ambiance and food are highly praised, some mention that prices are fairly high, especially post-pandemic, with occasional concerns about portion sizes and a slight decline in service quality. A few reviews note that certain dishes, like poke or clam chowder, can sometimes have issues with aroma or being cooked through, but these are minor compared to the overall positive experience. Overall, Anthony's Pier 66 & Bell Street Diner continues to be celebrated for its beautiful setting, excellent seafood, and memorable dining experience.
