We had a really lovely experience at Aqua by El Gaucho. The waterfront setting is beautiful, the ambiance feels special, and the service was warm and attentive throughout. The Wicked Shrimp was packed with flavor, and the crab cakes were absolutely delicious—easily the highlights of our meal. It is definitely on the expensive side, but it’s a great choice for a special occasion or a nice date night.

Servers sloshed water when pouring. It became a joke to see what they would splash next. One spilled sauce on my pants when clearing plates. Found a rock in our oysters. They did comp that plate. For the price service should have been more careful.

It was at least 80 degrees inside and sun was glaring in our eyes
Waited 90 mins for cocktail (got it at 830p)
Took forever to even order
Inconsistent entree delivery
Dinner literally lasted 4 hours, we left at 11p

Food was decent, but service couldn't have been worse
