We had an amazing experience on Mother’s Day, every single dish was masterfully prepared. The sea bass and especially black cod was chef kiss. The cocktails list was also very strong and the drinks exceeded expectations. Adam, our server, was also very on top of everything and did a great job with our gluten allergy. Added to the favorites list, we will be back!
I can't say enough good things about AQUA. Every aspect of the experience from start to finish was exquisite. We were celebrating our daughter's first marathon and the staff created personalized menus commemorating her accomplishment. The food, the service, the ambiance and the attention to detail were all world class.
My server, Bob noticed I was checking out my steak and quickly offered to exchange it so I would have a medium rare steak instead of the medium that was served up. Without his suggestion, I would’ve just continued eating the medium one with some disappointment. The steelhead was moist with a smoky flavor to it, and the asparagus were perfectly cooked, crunchy and sweet. The atmosphere overlooking Elliot Bay was as always spectacular.
