Superb meal. The meatballs will change your life. Wonderful handmade pasta. Inventive, amaro-forward drinks. A happy hour that is very much worth it. This restaurant is an absolute gem, full stop. Do not under any circumstances miss an opportunity to go here.
This was our second visit to Artusi and we loved it just as much or maybe even a little more than our first visit...
The ambiance is good. Service is attentive if not overly friendly.
There are a number of tables and 2 bar seating areas... one at the actual bar and the other at the open kitchen. We really enjoy sitting at the open kitchen bar as we get to watch all the cooking action! Everything is hand and fresh made here... the noodles, sauces, meatballs and everything else...
And oh... those meatballs... the BEST in town by far! Beautiful sauce, hand formed meatballs with excellent herbs and seasonings... serves fresh out of a pot where they have been simmering in sauce... the special pasta of the day is always amazing... today we also got the risotto which was superb! The burrata dish was perfectly excellent and paired with a light salad and finally... the melon sorbet was like eating frozen melon bursting with flavor!!
Wow! A meal to savor and we can't wait to go back!!

Not too bad Italian food. I liked the bread and butter. The sausage dish was solid but nothing to write home about. Service is good too.

The service is very hit or miss. Some servers are extremely nice and some (1 in particular) are consistently annoyed with your presence and just wishes you would leave - that is the attitude. It's a bummer because the food is really good. I've been twice with great food, but I won't return because of the surly service I received at the end of the night, and we weren't over our allotted service time And we were well away from closing time!
Yes, the portions run small, but come on, call it fine dining if you may. The food was great and the fact that they were playing Brazilian MPB was a great plus :)

If you order as a group, the portions are more than enough. Incredible vibes, excellent service. One of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to in Seattle.

The idea and atmosphere of this place are really nice. My friends and I went out for a birthday dinner during the two pasta one wine bottle deal. The meals were super small and not fresh at all. The server didn’t really care about us. They also ID at the door as a restaurant so one friend had to run home then run back

Solid spot to go. Went for their Monday special of 2 pasta plates and a bottle of wine for $45.
Place is very chic and great vibe. Sat facing the kitchen which was a great view.
Wine was very good.
Orders the burrata as an appetizer but ended up being ok. It lacked some flavor.
Tagliatelle was THE HIGHLIGHT dish. Really good and tasty. Buttery. You can tell the noodles were made on site.
The chef's special was tuna based which while tasty didn't mix well with the noodles it came with.
Overall, great experience. Recommend for a date night. Would go again and try other plates.

The portion sizes were sample sized. Service was below average. We had to order a second dinner and we were rushed out to make room for other guests.

Don’t come here if you’re hungry. Portions were meager, food was reminiscent of Chef Boyardee. My table of 4 ordered 2 bottles of wine and we were rushed out to make room for other guests.

I had never had such a small portion in a restaurant in my life. I left hungrier than I arrived. On the way home I had to stop by to buy a pizza. Apart from how small the portion was, the food was delicious and good service. I don't recommend it unless you are very hungry.

It was shocking when I got home and checked the bill that a tip of 20% was automatically added to my take-out order which was for 3 of us. The small bag was overstuffed and they had forgotten to add the bottle of wine ordered with it, so had to ask for it before walking out. The receipt said that it was added for "large party/Auto Gratuity".......there was no service. This was a rip-off and for that reason will never go back despite the food.
Everything was delicious. Pasta is fresh and wonderful. But all of the other items including beverages were well balanced and yummy. And their happy hour goes until 7! On a Friday! Will be back.
