Second bagel and won’t be the last.
Best bagels of all time. We come here every other weekend to get a dozen of bagels and the lox. This time we tried their pumpkin spice latte. It was amazing!! I hope the make sourdough bagels and pumpkin spice bagels soon!!! Then this place would be all time best!!! Btw there was no line today. Normally there is a line but it’s worth the wait!

Backyard Bagel is an incredible local spot in the Upper Fremont neighborhood, often described as probably the best bagel shop in Seattle. The bagels are extremely fresh with a near perfect texture, being chewy on the inside and crusty on the outside. They offer all the classic flavors, with six always available plus a monthly special. The menu is always changing and seasonal, featuring excellent bagel sandwiches like the Tomato, tomato. They have several delicious kinds of schmear, including vegan options like the vegan garlic scallion and a vegan schmear. The service is excellent, with a friendly and helpful staff. On warm days, the line is often out the door.
