Salt Lake City Utah airport is massive! I arrived early for my flight, and the trip itself was filled with quite a bit of turbulence. By the time I landed, I definitely needed something comforting to soothe my tummy. Scanning the restaurant list, I noticed they offered pho, Vietnamese cuisine. I ordered the chicken pho bowl, and it was surprisingly good actually better than I expected. The staff was friendly, and the food hit the spot. The also have a full Bar if you’re looking...
Who wouldn't want báhn mi or spring rolls at 6am? Nice little place with a pleasant atmosphere. The only things I found disappointing was the lack of pickled vegetables in my báhn mi and no chili garlic oil.
The pho was a bit too sweet, not much beef broth flavor. Does not have fish sauce for the pork chop rice but instead got the sweet chili sauce. This place focus on tourists palette and not for real Vietnamese. But overall it's ok. Sorry was too tired to get pic of food.
