I love finding a GEM on a whim. Today I stopped in for a late lunch and was greeted warmly and seated right away. My food was amazing - just the right meal to warm up from the cold. I ordered the #1 and it was a LOT of food for one person. The chef came out after the meal to introduce herself and make sure I enjoyed the food. She also offered me a coffee on the house and it was DELICIOUS and piping hot. Such a wonderful way to enjoy a meal. 12/10 stars.
This quaint restaurant with an unassuming store front is worth stopping in for some great food! The staff was lovely and answered all of our questions about the dishes we were unfamiliar with. The food itself was delicious - we tried the Alem Special which came with a great spread of both meat and vegetable entrees to sample.If you haven't had Ethiopian food before, you use the injera as a utensil which makes for a fun and decadent experience.This restaurant is along the busy...read full review
One of my friends took me here and I enjoyed the food. There were celebrating a birthday while we were eating and one of the guys brought over cake for us to celebrate so I thought that was cool!
