Greatest first impression is Seattle!! Darko was our server and took the most amazing care of us. His recommendations were spot on and he was so so attentive :) super romantic ambience too!
Went here with my boyfriend for our 2-year anniversary. Wonderful is an understatement when describing our experience. Our server, Darko, was very attentive and friendly-- he made our night!
We both had the Spaghetti Alla Carbonara. The portion size was perfect and the flavor left nothing to criticize. Their tiramisu was fantastic as well!

There are several great Italian restaurants in Seattle, and Barolo Ristorante would definitely be on anyones top five list. The house-made pasta dishes were really good, and the service was first-class. Will be adding it to our 'must return to' list of dinner spots in downtown.
