Alright listen. The people saying this is the best mac n cheese in the world, someone raised them wrong. Don’t get me wrong!!! It’s a delicious cheese sauce noodle dish. But it’s just not the best mac n cheese. It’s a little too saucey/soupy, with that almost grainy/floury texture to the sauce. noodles cooked fine, but could do with a little more bite. The flavor of the cheese is very delicious, but it’s that sauce texture that throws it off. there is no real chew, no cheese pull, etc. — again it’s very good pasta but just be aware of the type of mac n cheese it is. It’s kinda like the Panera bread one, but obviously a lot better, but it lacks that structural integrity baby.

World's best mac n cheese...NOT! I've had some great Italian food at Eataly, so I can't understand why this store thinks their mac and cheese is the best in the world; it's kind of an exaggeration!

We visited the location at the market today and was very surprised that they no longer offer samples. I wondered if it was due to covid, and I suspect it was, but pretty sad that has changed now.Still love their cheese!!!

Beecher’s is in all the guides for visitors. Watching cheese made in the store is pretty cool and this place is all about the Mac n cheese and grill cheese sandwiches. The lines are long so expect a 10min wait
Wow, there are many types of cheese and delicious, and just looking at them is fun. I advise everyone to try the macaroni and cheese and the cheese sandwich.

It was really soft, and there was a good amount of itI feel like there was a really good ratio of cheese to pasta here, where the pasta felt really creamy but not overly cheesy - a great overall balancehowever, I'm just not sure this is that much better than mac and cheese I've had at other placesIn fairness, I've always been ambivalent about mac and cheese as a dish. I like it, but it's certainly not my go to whenever I see it on the menu,and I certainly wouldn't consider either a mac & cheese or a cheese aficionado in generalreading through these reviews, it seems that people are huge fans of cheese seem to love some specific qualities about this specific type of cheese,but for me, it certainly tastes good, probably above average, but i find it highly doubtful that this is truly the "world's best" mac & cheeseMaybe I'm just not picking up on the finer qualities of the dish, but to me the cheese is creamy and flavorful, but not special.
