While at Pike Place, we got the famous mac and cheese, and cheese curds. Both were delicious. There was a line, but it went quickly. You could also watch the employees making cheese through windows.
We stopped by Beecher’s at Pike Place Market to finally try their famous mac and cheese. To my surprise, there was no wait when we arrived, which was unexpected given how popular this place is. One of the coolest parts of the visit was being able to watch the cheese making process through the windows from outside. Stopped here on a food tour. Got to try cheese curds, their specialty blend and their Mac n’ cheese. WOW! that Mac n’ cheese will blow your mind. Pay them a visit and see the cheese being made there too! Watch out, lines can get long. This is all over the best places at the market though. So just be prepared. They move quick though!
