Great place, pretty authentic looking and tasting. Service is no frills, but fast and efficient. Soup tasted great and I loved all the dried garlic that were offered as condiments. Recommended.

The Hakata Ramen is already really good but they have this really strong shuyu that can add - it turns sweet in the broth and takes it to the next level.
Feels just like a cozy neighborhood ramenya.

Best broth I've ever had.

Update 9/11/25: Spot is still maintained really well and the woman who works on the floor alone is always lovely and such a hard worker. I come here whenever I'm in Seattle for a late night bite, but this time specifically noticed kitchen staff was different than the usual folks and the ramen itself and broth wasn't up to par with its usual.
