I have been coming here since 2015 and have seen a steady decline in the food and vibe. I admit, this place was great in another life, but ever since it's feature on Diner's, Drive ins and Dives. The pastas taste and look very cafeteria - ish. The flavors aren't interesting or bold and seem quite generic in nature. For good Italian food I'll stick with Spinasse, Terrazzo Carmine, La Medusa, The Pink Door, and a newer surprise addition to this list- Sansonina...
The food was so delicious and the dishes were put together so well! The atmosphere was very unique with lots of decoration, and I especially appreciated the ambient lighting. Not to mention, the staff were all very friendly and helpful! Will definitely consider coming back
