I've been going to Bol for 7 years and just realized I've never given it an appropriate review for the service and value received. The food here is a little experimental, a little fusion-y, but always yummy. This place is a restaurant I feel comfortable taking my father from the Midwest because it's approachable and he always gushes about how healthy the food tastes.I like how clean the restaurant is, and the craft cocktails are great! I miss the old location and service. When asked to get the bean sprouts steamed instead of raw, the server was confused and didn't understand my request. I took a friend and we were both surprised at how not good the pho was. Broth was salty but overly sweet. The meat quality was not what I had in the past. Having grown up eating Pho, I was disappointed that we didn't get to enjoy a "bol" of pho on a cold day.
