BOL Reviews
I miss the old location and service. When asked to get the bean sprouts steamed instead of raw, the server was confused and didn't understand my request. I took a friend and we were both surprised at how not good the pho was. Broth was salty but overly sweet. The meat quality was not what I had in the past. Having grown up eating Pho, I was disappointed that we didn't get to enjoy a "bol" of pho on a cold day.
Congee was so delicious and the banh mi might be the best I've ever had. Definitely an overlooked brunch spot! But nice cuz it's not busy!

BOL is a restaurant that offers a unique blend of flavors with its experimental and fusion-style dishes. While some dishes may not live up to expectations, other options like the congee and banh mi were praised for their deliciousness. The restaurant also offers gluten-free options and a clean environment. With its approachable atmosphere, BOL is a great spot for a casual meal or brunch.
Customers have enjoyed the Thai iced teas and the friendly staff, although service can sometimes be slow. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating options, and it's a popular spot for groups, with one reviewer mentioning a party of 15 had a great time. The food is generally well-received, though the vermicelli bowl was found to be lacking in flavor on one occasion. Overall, BOL is a recommended destination for those visiting Seattle.
