Buddha Ruksa Reviews
I live in West Seattle and have heard a lot about Buddha Rukhsar but have never been there - well, my loss. This place is amazing and my favorite Thai place in Seattle. They have traditional Thai dishes like curry, as well as some different menu items you can't get elsewhere. We called them and made a reservation for Saturday dinner. Buddha Ruksa is a popular Thai restaurant in West Seattle, known for its delicious food and lively atmosphere. The garlic fried chicken is a standout dish, and other customer favorites include the Thai Fried Rice, Phad Thai, Crispy Garlic Chicken, and Phad See Iew. The Red Curry and Cashew Chicken are also popular choices. Customers praise the food's flavor and freshness, with spring rolls described as fresh and the curry as spicy and creamy. The Crispy Garlic Chicken is especially loved for staying crispy even after being stored in the fridge. The restaurant offers great food and drinks, though it can get busy, making it loud and sometimes hard to hear conversations. Service can be slow, with some tables waiting over 20 minutes before being attended to, but food generally arrives quickly once ordered. Many customers prefer to order takeout to avoid wait times, as the food remains crunchy and tasty even after a 15-minute drive. Calling ahead for reservations is recommended, especially during busy times.
