Love getting the honey oat latte here. They have a special, the rose cardamom mocha, it’s amazing. The brunette barista put extra whip cream, and he was very kind 😄

I drink house drip everywhere I go, and Caffè Umbria truly stands out. This is an exceptional cup of coffee — clean, flavorful, and perfectly robust without being overpowering. You can taste the quality in every sip. The taste has Italy vibes with a simple, calm setting that makes it easy to relax and enjoy your coffee. If you appreciate a well-crafted drip done right, this place absolutely delivers. Highly recommend.

yeah this is the best coffee in seattle. I visited for 3 days, trying every different shop I could and this was the best. Got a cafe latte and a biscotti, very happy with my visit, will come back here again if I am in town.

A safe haven from the wet and cold rain that permeates the skin.
Friendly/Good looking staff.
They have a plethora of food options you can pair with your drink.
A nice spot to stop or escape the rain.

Just love It. I had a business meeting here. I had a Harvest bread with a latte. An important aspect is that there is plenty of parking in the morning all the way up to 11 AM after that, the barista tells me that they may tow away.

5 star coffee quality for sure- right up there/almost as good as their competitor Espresso Vivace. Happy I found this place.

Maybe they do regular coffee better but the cold brew barely tastes like coffee at all. Or maybe it’s that I asked for a splash of milk and they put a ton in. But even then competent cold brew should still have coffee flavor. Absolutely not worth the high price.

I’d consider myself a frequent visitor here and initially I had nothing but rave reviews for the Pioneer Square location. But my last few visits have been subpar at best. Disinterested baristas, drinks made incorrectly, 16oz drinks with almost 2 inches of room left at the top (not a black coffee with room). Maybe it’s the fact it’s a weekend but I can recall on a few occasions it being 9-10am on a weekday where it wasn’t busy and the drink was made incorrectly and it almost seemed like I was inconveniencing the baristas behind the counter with my order.
Definitely a shame as I enjoy their drinks and ambiance but they’re starting to leave something to be desired.
I will say there are a couple regular baristas that are exceptional but some of the newer ones, new to me at least, aren’t delivering the same customer service I’ve been used to.
I work downtown, and often come to this coffee shop, I have purchased items before but don't make a purchase everytime I come in.. I asked the barista did I need to be a customer to sit in the space I was told no. then once I arrived and did this regularly again I would purchase items but not everytime I come in.. I often used it as a safe space to come sit before I go into work. the barista there with orange hair and glasses he was very rude to me and instead of pulling me to the side to explain this to me.. even after I literally asked him! was very unprofessional and just flat out rude.. you dont know someones situation I just recently got my new job and was waiting for my check as well. more compassion and understanding would go a long way.. the times I did come in and purchase both food and coffee it came up to almost 20 dollars and it wasn't even good!! which is why I didn't purchase items everytime as they just weren't to my taste buds liking again however I liked the atmosphere or so I thought.. , for someone who doesn't have much and was waiting for there check t to pay 20 dollars each time for a coffee and a breakfast sandwich that's a lot.. but I like the establishment and felt safe there so kept coming back. I also was going to purchase an iced coffee the other day when I was there but barely opened up my laptop and got situated to even decide what I wanted before the barista came over being very rude and loudly saying I needed to actually purchase something.. as if I didn't already make two separate purchases .. again was not only unprofessional and rude but also humiliating to have someone publicly humiliate you in front of everyone in the coffee shop, instead of pulling me aside was just not Kind.. Do better! you don't know what someone is going through!!!!
