We’ve loved Altura for a while now, so our expectations for its sister restaurant, Carrello, were sky-high—and we’re happy to say it didn’t disappoint. The shareable plates were generous and filling, perfect for a laid-back, family-style evening. We sat outside, and the constant sight of flights taking off added a unique charm to the already beautiful setting. Had the most amazing experience trying their 5 course tasting menu with my mom!

We opted for a vegetarian (no mushrooms) meal and woah, it was nothing short of amazing - with portions so large, we had to take home leftovers because we possibly couldn't have more.

Highly recommend for vegetarians looking for a menu that doesn't try to look and taste like the equivalent meat option, but rather is uniquely flavorful.

Easy 5 stars and new favorite Italian restaurant. Recommend the 5 course meal, and loved the rotating Liqueur Spritz. The focaccia and panna cotta were the best I can remember. The scamorza scarpinocc pasta was among the best handmade pasta I've had. Really great value and service from Raphael and co.
