I don't like spending time in SLU, personally, but come out here often for this coffee. I've worked as a barista and am professionally impressed with the care they take with their espresso. Its seems that they weigh each pull, and pay attention to steaming posture and it shows in the product. LOVED the pumpkin pie latte! It seriously tasted like a pumpkin pie and it was so delicious. I recommend trying it as a hot latte for sure! The barista made the hot latte at the perfect drinking temperature. The drink was the right amount of sweetness/syrup, and the foam was soft and creamy with beautiful latte art.There are big windows, so the inside of the shop is lit with a ton of natural sunlight. We had a great time.
