Pork broth and spicy broth are so delicious 😋

10/10 will return. Delicious Szechuan hot pot. Spent 36 per person and left stuffed. Host was very kind to serve our group of 11 with no appointment. All the food was bombbbb

We scanned the QR code and ordered from our phone. Not a fan of putting wait staff out of jobs. The staff there was attentive and came by to answer questions. A way to sort dishes by spice level would have been helpful cause that was a filter for us but when we asked they said they could make it any spice level we wanted in the comments. They did have a sort for their. OST popular dishes which was helpful “not to miss” category which the staff pointed us to. The restaurant was clean and the bathroom I visited was clean except there was urine on the floor from someone with poor aim recently (we got there when they opened). We had the beef and green beans, cumin pork and chicken fried rice. The cumin pork has great flavor and was my favorite however the pork was in small bone pieces and fatty so you had to be careful and have strong teeth (to tear) to eat the dish IMHO. It was well done, dry and definitely crunchy. It would have been good to have a sauce to get more moisture in the dish. I found it best to use my fingers to eat the pork. The beans and beef was perfectly cooked and beef strips and very tender - not fatty. There was a sauce in the dish but it didn’t have that much flavor but when mixed with the rice and pork helped to moisturize the drier dishes. The chicken fried rice was average and didn’t have much special flavor. We were looking for dishes that weren’t too spicy and we got that so my review reflects our desire to keep the heat low. Service was very fast and attentive, but wasn’t too busy either. Overall a pleasant experience and I felt good value cause we ordered 3 dishes, left full and with some leftovers. I would visit again.

A Chengdu style hotpot restaurant in Seattle Chinatown. We ordered their specialty meat platter - which consists of 2 portions of sliced meat. The portion is very large - it’s good for 3 - 4 people, but probably too much for 2 people.

The portion sizes here are good and I would say that shrimp paste was pretty fresh.

Soup base selection is pretty standard though and didn’t stand out. They also have the make your own sauce bar but I feel like their selection isn’t as large as Haidilao.

I feel like this place is more of a 3.8/5.

Great hot pot spot for groups of all sizes, even as small as 2! Fun to get the sauce bar/appetizers and wear the bibs :)

They used to be good, not now. The spicy pot has no flavor…. Yes no flavor…. I asked the server to put more paste. They just brought some dried chili pepper and peppercorns……

The service here is even better than the always wonderful hotpot! Jackie is a really kind and considerate server. She is friendly, considerate, and adds a special touch to the entire experience each time I visit. Her outstanding service and the delicious hotpot are the main reasons I'll be returning.

Quality of food was good. We were there for early dinner around 5pm on Friday. They were asking if we can finish by 7:30pm or not because they have all tables fully booked. 2 hours was more than enough for hot pot. So many people start came in when we were eating together with phone ringing all the time make a restaurant a bit noisy but lift up atmosphere at the same time.

The host was unbelievably rude and completely out of line. She yelled at us because we listed our party as three people on the waitlist, even though we also had our 9-month-old baby with us. We didn’t think it was a big deal — most tables seat two or four anyway — but she blew up over it, demanding to know why we didn’t count the baby. Then she turned to my wife and, in the most condescending, passive-aggressive tone, asked, “Are you going to carry the baby and eat?” Excuse me? What kind of question is that? That’s not how a professional host should ever speak to customers.

We were extremely disappointed — we came from out of state and were genuinely excited to revisit Chengdu after having such an amazing experience last time. But this woman’s attitude completely ruined it. Honestly, she should be fired immediately before she drives more customers away and destroys the restaurant’s reputation.

They brought me a tasteless tam yam. My request to add spices or somehow fix the soup was refused.
