They offer limited parking spots— just ask the front host and they will give you a permit. When busy, I recommend parking on the hills behind the store or at

A premium hot pot experience within Seattle's International District. From the varied sauce bar options to the number of broth selections in addition to the different variations of ingredient options available each visit can be tailored for a unique experience different from the last. All the ingredients are delivered to the table exceptionally fresh by extremely attentive and friendly staff that treat you as if you are family. If your tongue is feeling a little spicy by the end of the meal be sure to enjoy the complimentary ice cream provided to cool things off while you settle down from one of the best restaurant experiences you will have had in a while.

Absolutely love this hot pot spot! I brought friends here for a birthday celebration, and the staff even joined in to make it extra special—such amazing service! The flavors are fantastic, prices are reasonable, and it’s 100% worth recommending. Hands down the best hot pot in Seattle!

Absolutely terrible. Been here before. Took my wife on a date night. Brought us death broth. Ordered extra mild. Felt like a prank. A 200$ dinner prank for me and my wife. First bite, I started coughing. She had 30 minutes of indigestion after her first bite. Whennwe brought it up. They scooped the oil out after 20 minutes we could eat again. Still too spicy had to fill up 3-4 more cups of oil. It was ridiculous. I can see why the door says “ok” on health inspection. I have been here before and been going to hotpot for 15 years. Absolutely incredible incompetence and lack of accountability . Never going back

Great service and lots of authentic dishes for choosing. You won’t disappoint here if you’re looking for authentic Sichuan hotpot.

Super authentic but not intimidating if you are not familiar with Hot Pot. The mushroom and pork broths are delicious and everything is served so beautifully. Warm Hot Pot on a cold and rainy day, could not have been better.

Brought our son here for his 10th birthday. Had a party of 7(two children). Atmosphere and ambience were amazing, bright open space. The receptionist was so accommodating and found us 2 tables close together due to the inability to sit more than 4 at a table. The have 6 broth options, endless amounts of meats that were great quality. We got the hot pot and grill special, the ribeye was a great cut, the kalbi rib was amazing. The produce and seafood options available are high quality and presented well. The staff is always on point, attentive and thorough. Quick to remove plates that have been finished, offering more broth, and just ensuring we’re doing well. Our youngest ate fried chicken wings, corn, broccoli. They have a ton of kid friendly options and a discounted price for children. The crab legs were perfectly done, not salty and tough. Grateful for our waitress who brought out ice cream for our kids. Overall the food was amazing, tasty, and delicious. The staff and atmosphere both bright and friendly. Will be coming back!!!

We recently had an incredible experience at this hotpot restaurant! With a large group of 26 people, we expected some challenges, but the staff here went above and beyond to accommodate us seamlessly. From start to finish, the service was outstanding—every detail was organized perfectly, and the staff managed our entire group with ease and efficiency.

The food was delicious, and they kept everything flowing smoothly, ensuring everyone had what they needed without a single delay. We were all so impressed by their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. It made for a fantastic dining experience that we’ll remember for a long time. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for great food and exceptional customer service!

Can see the styles are copying from a few chains. Some meat slices a bit too fatty even if they are belly. Overall not disappointed tho.

I recently had an unforgettable dining experience at ChengduMemory! The hotpot setup was visually stunning and truly inviting. From the beautifully marbled cuts of meat to the fresh and vibrant selection of ingredients, everything was meticulously arranged. The broth was incredibly flavorful, offering a perfect balance of spice and richness. I loved the crispy appetizers and unique side dishes, which added an extra touch of authenticity and variety. The ambiance was cozy and had an elegant traditional vibe, making it the ideal spot for sharing a meal with friends. Highly recommend ChengduMemory for anyone seeking an authentic hotpot experience!

Decided to come here for the golden fish maw soup but when we arrived we were notified that this needed to be reserved 1 day in advance despite the fact that no where on their website states this… ok disappointing but we accepted it and ordered the tomato and pork bone instead. The meat was decent actually but the sauce bar was very limited, sauces were very watery and the popcorn chicken was really hard. After the meal, I wanted to order the mango dessert but was told that I had to order in the beginning with the soup base… really don’t understand why we weren’t told prior to ordering although they knew it was our first time visiting. I communicated this to the server but nothing was done about this except for an apology. The free ice cream tasted like the machine was not thoroughly cleaned so we didn’t even bother eating more than a bite. Honestly not a good experience overall and for the price, there are better options out there.
