Listen, I’m not Chinese, so I can’t speak to the authenticity to any dishes. However, we travel to the ID specifically for this place. Their soups will heal you. Do I maybe have to ask for some boxes? Sure. But by then, I’m so full of perfectly cooked string beans and tongue numbing peppercorns that I do not care. I’m rolling home with leftovers and no hangover!
Food was very tasty and authentic. Good amount of spice and portions were very generous. I was visiting this place from abroad and didn't have data, u place your order online (not with a server) and they didn't have WiFi so that was an issue. Servers were inattentive when we ordered rice/needed help. But overall worth the price for the massive portions.
Was my first time trying authentic Sichuan food. The Mapo tofu was smooth and good! I was definitely not expecting the spice level from the appetizers, but, it was amazing! Definitely recommend to people looking for the good spicy food!
