I’ve been coming here for as long as I can remember and it’s still my favorite Chinese food I’ve ever had. Before it was Chiang’s it was called China Harbin in the eighties and before that it was a Pizza Hut, hence its architectural shape. Ordering off both the American Chinese Menu as well as the traditional Chinese Menu is a must. Amazing Mongolian beef with deep flavor. Shanghai home made noodles were to die for. The 3 pepper shortrib mixed with the noodles was the way to go.

Outstanding food and excellent customer service! We ordered several dishes for the table, including dumplings, sesame chicken, lo mein, and fried rice. Every single item was delicious and beautifully presented. The flavors tasted authentic and balanced, not overly salty or greasy like some places. The staff checked on us regularly and made sure our drinks stayed full. Wonderful dining experience from start to finish.
