ChiHo Bistro has quickly become one of my favorite spots, especially if you’re a truffle lover. You honestly can’t go wrong with anything truffle here , every dish feels rich, balanced, and thoughtfully executed without being overpowering.

Wow, the peppered beef was fantastic. Truly the whole dinner was. We did the fixed menu. Our first choice was regular soup dumplings, followed by wontons in chilie oil. We also picked the BBQ pork fried rice with the peppered beef. We dont get Chinese like this back home. Excellent choice.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about this place! We have legitimately driven three hours from Portland just to go here before! The atmosphere is perfect for a date night or family dinner & their food is delicious. You can’t get better Chinese in all of WA - we’ve tried! Love & highly recommend them!
