The food at Chili's has been teriffic for as long as I can recall. My favorite is chicken, egg or fish Chettinadu. Spicy and wonderful. Dosas and sambar are great too.

Honestly, the best Indian food I've ever had!!! So yummy!!! It was pretty busy there, when I arrived. Service was still pretty quick. I'll definitely be going back there many, many times!

We came here with friends. The restaurant is very slow. We waited 2 hours to get an order. Food was decent.

Guys work on staff. Waiting builds up frustation and makes the whole experience bad. Spent 2 hours here and 1:30 hr just to wait for food.

I ordered lunch but was served dinner instead. They take way too long (1.5hrs in my case) to serve the order. The food is fine, but the service is terrible. If the restaurant can't handle more than a couple of orders, they should serve fewer people instead of wasting time.

Ordered the Lamb Thali for $22 and it came with all this food! 2 of the small dishes were super delicious tofu curries. The other 3 were a mix of lentil soup and chickpea curries. Also came with 2 parathas and rice. ALL was so freaking tasty! Even all the other plates other customers were ordering looked delicious. This place is a gem!

Ordered special chicken thali, spicy level 4. Thali contained- chicken curry, vada, 2 parotas, some rice, lentils, rasam, sambar, chole (chick peas) curry, paneer matar(peas), mix veg curry, butter milk, curd and some sweet.I love so many things about this thali:1. There are enough items on the list to qualify for a fulfilling thali2. Most of the curries had a home made taste and flavour3. The portion sizes. Not only is the thali on the whole very filling for one person, the curry portions vs rice/parota portions are well balanced. I had some left over curries which NEVER happens in Indian dishes at restaurants; it’s always the other way around ?Moving on to the cons:1. Matar Paneer (or butter paneer ??!): It was too sweet and there was hardly a spoonful of serving.2. Butter Milk: It’s not the kind of masala butter milk I was expecting. There was too much pepper. There was hardly 30ml of serving and I couldn’t even finish it.3. Sweet: They served kheer and I was disappointed with the 30ml serving.Overall, I think this is a pretty good place to try out Indian food. Plenty of vegetarian options too. Hand wash is available right OUTSIDE the bathroom

Chili’s is a very cute little restaurant that feels like a home. The service was amazing, and all the employees were very attentive. It’s a special place on the ave.We ordered several thalis, and the portions were perfect. Only thing I’d suggest is an overview of what you’re receiving for people who are not well versed in Indian food. The paneer dish was my favorite.During dinner, they were shooting pictures for new menu items. They then went around to everyone and gave free samples of what they were taking pictures of. She was so excited and sweet.I’ll definitely be back.

Terrible food. Mysore masala dosa and chutneys have no flavor except for red chili powder. Sambhar was mostly just water with no flavor. Worst South Indian food I have

Food - Very blend. No taste at allAtmosphere - Table size is extremely small. Not enough space to keep a dish and a bowl properly on the table. If you are Indian then please don’t come to this place because it doesn’t cater to Indian taste buds.

DO NOT COME HERE. If you want to have South Indian food like dosa etc. then this is not the place for you. Since they are located in University area, they try to appeal to non-Indian taste so that they can attract people from other countries. Dosas had no taste at all. Table size is also very small so very bad dine in experience. This place is not meant for Indians to dine in as they fail to even remotely relate to South Indian taste. Only come here to eat if you haven't got any taste buds.
