Some friends and I went out to celebrate my big bonus and our server Oliver made it unforgettable. He was genuinely funny, warm without being overbearing, and knew the menu inside out. He gave spot-on recommendations and explained what made certain dishes special. It turned a good meal into a memorable night. Honestly, one of the best service experiences we’ve ever had. Ask for Oliver!
As someone from Massachusetts, where they lay claim to the best seafood, I have to say...nope. Seattle it is and Chinook's is the place to go. We had King Salmon, Alder plank Salmon and crab cake and both agreed it was the best we have ever had of each. Service was excellent and the outdoor seating with a view of the marina was oerfect on a mid-August evening. Peach season was here so getting to try the peach dessert was an added treat. Spectacular overall.
Chinook’s at Salmon Bay is one of our favorite local comfort-food seafood spots. Tucked into Fishermen’s Terminal, it has that cozy waterfront setting, incredible staff, and the kind of familiar atmosphere that keeps us coming back. After many years of visits, it’s always refreshing to see familiar faces!
