Popped in this afternoon after seeing their sign on the sidewalk. Soooo happy that I did. I bought every flavor they had at the time. These are some of the best cookies I've ever had! Run to this amazing shop and get as many as you can. You will not be disappointed!

Do you love cookies? Do you love you some THICC cookies? Cuz Coping has the taste and the THICCNESS. This cute shop in Cap Hill is right next to my dog's vet (lucky me!) and has THE most welcoming and friendly staff! Their cookies are fantastic...the CREAM is by far my favorite. They don't mess around with the Oreos and the cookie it perfectly balanced. Recently tried their Banana Bread type cookie, and while I could not taste banana at all...it was still tasty. Reminded me of a chocolate chip cookie with nuts. I can appreciate they make MINI COOKIES! Sometimes ya need just a bite or perhaps you want to try multiple. All in all I highly recommend this place.

As a fan of Coping Cookies from the start, their work is unparalleled. Cookies, coffee, miscellaneous other drinks that always sound super good even though I know I'm always going to get coffee??Don't sleep on the Vegan Espresso Chip when it's available. Get it, warm it up, love it.Oh! And their merch, get you some of that too.

DAMN THESE ARE SOME BOMB COOKIES!!!! I am a (uncertified) Cookie Monster extreme. People all have their sweet treat fixings...some like cake or pie or ice cream or whatever, but me I like me a good f*cking cookie and this place has GOOD F*CKING COOKIES! Came in here a few months ago since my dog's vet was next door and liked the cookie but was walking by here on my way to the grocery store today and decided to indulge and OMG! Picked up a stack of cookies and was not disappointed! The 'On A Roll' cookie was next level incredible...might go back tomorrow and get the remaining stash and freeze them for my personal greed. The salt touch in the chocolate chip cookie is perfection! At either rate, LOVE that it is Latina and Queer owned which makes me want to support it more. Keep it up ladies and best of luck! Will be in MUCH MORE OFTEN...AND SO SHOULD YOU!

These are amazing cookies, I love the texture. They taste really homemade, I think they're my favorite cookies in seattle (and I've had hello robin, bell's, midnight cookie, etc.). Must try!!

So glad to live nearby this bakery! The cookies are so yummy and the service is wonderful. I think I've tried most of the flavors and I definitely recommend the cocolemon cookies! Coconut and lemon were made for each other! The storefront is very cute and has merch like shirts ready for purchase as well.

What an adorable sweet gem in Capitol Hill! This small little cookie shop has some amazing freshly baked cookies! They are so friendly and warm upon entering. Since it was my first time, I got the little flavor introduction. Ultimately, I ended up with their chocolate chip cookie (they also have minis available!) I wanted to start simple and build up to their rotating flavors. I also paired my cookie with a caramel apple cider which made for a cozy fall drink. Prices are reasonable and everything is delicious quality. I enjoyed my cookie and cider amongst the fall leaves on a bench at Cal Anderson Park and it made for such a nice October afternoon.

I love this local business! So glad they expanded from a pop up to a storefront. The owners are super friendly and their cookies are truly delectable. Unique flavors with several rotating seasonal, they seem to always be experimenting.My only wish is that were open more but alas I understand small business owners need time to rest and prep too!
