Popped in this afternoon after seeing their sign on the sidewalk. Soooo happy that I did. I bought every flavor they had at the time. These are some of the best cookies I've ever had! Run to this amazing shop and get as many as you can. You will not be disappointed!
Do you love cookies? Do you love you some THICC cookies? Cuz Coping has the taste and the THICCNESS. This cute shop in Cap Hill is right next to my dog's vet (lucky me!) and has THE most welcoming and friendly staff! Their cookies are fantastic...the CREAM is by far my favorite. They don't mess around with the Oreos and the cookie it perfectly balanced. Recently tried their Banana Bread type cookie, and while I could not taste banana at all...it was still tasty. Best cookies I’ve ever had! The people running the shop are very friendly and always coming up with new delicious cookie flavors. Plus, great flavors for all dietary restrictions. Couldn’t recommend stopping by this place enough.
